I did this for the first time last year and got some tasty little potatoes, and a few big ones too. Decided to do two bags this year, #1 was planted about 2 weeks ago/mid-May. #2 planted today – June 1st.
Seed potatoes from Ritchie’s. For #2 i halved 2 seed potatoes and planted the halves evenly spaced.
There’s some good sprouts on them so hopefully will catch up to #1 quickly.
